Beaufighter NF coded RX-A, July 1942, UK
Got a couple nifty photos in today - both sourced from a 456 RAAF Beaufighter
crewman. One is of great interest to me as it shows four members of the unit - a 2-man flight crew, an erk, and a jovial sort that is making a show of wearing a wireless set connecting him to the flightcrew. These people are standing next to the side of a black-fuselage'd Beaufighter wearing codes RX-A. Can anyone give me any input on this photo? Its dated July 42 on Velox paper if you can believe that! v/r Gordon ====(A+C==== USN SAR An LZ is a place you want to land, not stay.
