Default Did the original Dash 80 have wingflex?

Just watched the "Giant in the Sky" documentary about the B-52
Stratofortress and it mentionned alot about the first aircraft with
"Wing Flex" technology. Did Boeing use the same technology when they
designned the Dash 80 aka C-135/707 ?
