Matt, the HRRR has been up for a while. http://rapidrefresh.noaa.gov/HRRRncep And choose SFO in the domain box, perhaps go back an hour or two in the date box, scroll way down and click max updraft loop (the second tick on the max updraft line) Sitting at SFO right now, the sky looks stable as does that loop.
