Now in full swing, this year's South African Nationals is in its 6th day today [18 Dec 2015]. Speeds in excess of 170 kph over tasks of 690 km are being recorded.
For the whole scoring story see Soaring Spot on: http://www.soaringspot.com/en_gb/sa-...d-2015/results Not too surprisingly, and it being South Africa, JS1s are currently occupying the top 5 positions in the Open Class contest. The contest runs to 21st December and about 150 pts covers the top 5 in the Open Class - no sign of the fat lady clearing her throat just yet! |
