Minutes ago the Zionist news media reported that the new Iraqi
government is now in place, i.e., an underhanded handover. Today

Well, 23 August 1921 "handover" was much more colorful than 28.June 2004
"handover" ,to say at least.
Apparently thats the only difference between two "handovers".
