What is with XC Skies?
I am experiencing the same issue ... bought a subscription, money was taken from my card, but subscription wasn't renewed ... and so no access to the service.
I have been a client for 5 years now, this is the first time it has failed ... but my emails to support are never answered. Sadly frustrating, I used to be a huge supporter of this service.
