On-line Registration Now Open for US Junior Camp Contest July13-20 @ Harris Hill

Club Leadership: Please encourage youth/junior members to register on-line for the Junior Camp Contest ("Two-seat Class") ASAP!

Three experienced racing pilots will be donating their time to mentor Juniors (ages 15-25) in cross-country soaring and skills needed to race sailplanes. The camp costs $200 and is all-inclusive of contest fees, tow fees, educational materials, tent camping at Harris Hill's Youth Campground (bathrooms, showers, swimming pool, dining hall, and volleyball facilities), and 3 square meals per day.

Note: Junior campers are expected to provide their own transportation to/from the camp, bring their own tent, sleeping bag, pillow and blankets, sundries and other personal belongings. Minor must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or a designated chaperone.

Junior campers registered for the Two-seat Class will be rotated on a daily basis so they get a chance to fly with multiple mentors throughout the contest, which is running concurrent with the Region 3 FAI/Sports Class Contest. Best. Soaring. Deal. Ever.
