To save re-inventing the wheel, whats the best way of securing the oxygen bottle within its fitting in an LS3? Any suggestions welcome. TIA Ian K The LS3 and 4 had a clamp which screwed into the bulkhead and used a bolt to hold the E or AL682 cylinder in place. Don't know if the Aerox cylinder bracket (available online) will fit. If you don't have abracket, a swaged wire rope loop around the neck of the cylinder and a "maillon rapide" (quick link) or similar to attach it to a forged eyebolt through the bulkhead works well. Best to either use coated wire or sleeve it with instrument tubing. Jim |

Don't do this:
* Foam wrapped around cylinder held on with two zip ties. * Two more zip ties through said zip ties and eyebolts through 3/16" plywood hinged on other side. |
