Three things:
1. The ad you cited says "Private seller" but dollars to donuts this seller is a broker or a quick-flip artist. Look at his phone numbers. How many individuals have TWO phone numbers that end in 000? Looking up the tail number in the FAA database, his ownership certificate was issued in January of this year. Plus the salesmanship patter in his note. DON'T BUY JUNK! blah blah blah 2. That said, I'm starting to agree with others who say your attitude is part of the problem. My first memory of you on the aviation newsgroups was you fuming and threatening to sue your FBO because of availability problems. You had a legitimate gripe but over the months you sure seem to be having a lot of gripes and not much else to say. Each individual one seems reasonable but the cumulative effect is making me wonder -- Are you really that unlucky? Now in this purchase quest you seem to be looking for a quick cash bargain and then you are *shocked* that you are not being offered creampuffs. Hey man, you offer cash for a quick sale and expect to pay less than average, you're not going to hook up with the class sellers with the creampuff airplanes. You've been advised several times that it takes patience and perseverance to buy an airplane, take that to heart. 3. Lastly, no matter how annoying these people are to you, pointing them up personally for riducule on the newsgroup is simply uncool. At least twice now you have posted people's private correspondences to you, which is a major breach of internet ettiquite. It doesn't speak well for your attitude or the respect with which you do (or do not) treat the people you deal with. All the rest is debatable, but you do need to know that sending out peoples
emails is a good way to not any longer get an email that says anything important. I would not do it except to point out an extreme injustice. I had a boss that got me in trouble once by forwarding a voice mail. He spent the next six months getting little but the most polite voicemails, emails, and memo's stating we should discuss the subject in person. "MRQB" wrote in message ...
