Anyone know what the speed and load rating on these are? Also, do the
brakes have enough power to stop 1200 lbs. decently?

use the length of the runway and the drag off the wings and flaps to
stop the aircraft.
brakes are for persuading, parking and holding during runups on
aircraft.

if the brakes on aircraft ever had enough oomph to be used for
stopping they'd be too damn heavy.
