I expect this means that it's in the northwestern part of the State and has rich
neighbors.

Well I plan on winning the Mega Millions Lottery tonight - its up to
$200 Million. So I guess I'll let eveyone know tomorrow.

And for the record - Tony Danza talks like a New Yorker. I've lived in
New Jersey all my life and I have never known/met any natives who talk
like that. (We had a Governor with a bit of an Elmer Fudd thing going
on, but that's the closest it got.)
