Today's Name That Glider contest

The highest probability is that it is an LS-3a, flown by Bob Von
Hellens, 1X. He has confirmed that he once owned one. The semblance to
the LS-3a, and the callsign visible on the glider, make anything else
unlikely.

Found on display on a rest stop kiosk on Interstate 10 in southern
Arizona. It's a photograph of a grainy photograph and hard to tell
what the glider is. Any ideas?

The member list at the SRA website lists the aforementioned Mr. Hellens as 1X but lists the plane as a Ventus B. The droop tips, the trailing edge of the wings and the horizontal stab look very similar to my older S/H wings.
