No such thing. I was a launch volunteer member AND tow pilot at Uvalde. All the kids did was hook up and check the rope connection. Nothing more. Nothing said. In the end--regardless of where you are and who's launching you, the final fate rests with "Duties of the pilot-in-command: to assure safe condition of the aircraft prior to takeoff".
