I have heard for John Neel that a 20 with winglets is very close in performance to the next generation aircraft. This sure is a pretty 20. I love the wood panel. Well, I flew an ASW20 with winglets for about 400h, and it's still lightyears from the next generation aircraft (which would be an ASW27). Bert Ventus cM TW |

Bert Ventus cM TW I disagree ![]() i've flown a 27 and i don't prefer it over a 20. a 20 with winglets feels just as nice as to me. i do prefer a ventus 2bx though, in terms of handling. it handles extremely nicely. but for cockpit comfort the 20 is better in my opinion. i flew a discus for a long time, and then started flying a 20. got back in the discus once and was sore after about 2 hours. -andy |
