Default FCC Unacceptable Aircraft Radios

Yes, I know this article was originally from 2004 but I was looking for the same diagram.

During my search I found out that the FCC has listed this transceiver (and many other Edo-Aire units) as "...not acceptable for use in aircraft after January 1, 1997".

There are 50 manufacturers listed, with some well known names;

- Bendix
- Collins
- Cessna
- EF Johnson
- Hallicrafters
- King Radio
- Piper
- Skycrafters
