We have here in Finland one Sligsby Falke T61C mod. It is modified
little
bit...engine is now Limbach SL1700 and wings are shorted 1m
from both side.
Register no. is OH-415 and photo can see on next list.

You would have to assume that it might. Both aircraft share the
same metal tube fuselage, the main difference is the carbon fibre
spar which as far as I know, does not have a fatigue life, neither
does wood.
The mention of fatigue would tend to suggest a problem with a
metal part or parts. The way the AD is worded would mean that the
aircraft is scrap when it reaches the limit
