Not to throw cold water on what sounds like a good experience, but what more does the instructor want
to see, to sign you off? The flight review only requires one hour of flight training, and the content is
flexible. Did you fly for at least an hour? If so, it seems like you covered a good range of material. I'm glad
it went well for you and welcome back!

He hasn't flown in almost a year, and I doubt his total time is much
more than 150 hours or so. It would be doing him a dis-service to
sign off with the bear minimum, and it seems as though Mike is happy
to get a good workout before he's let loose again.

I think he was willing to sign me off, but it was getting late and I
told him I wanted to come back next week for a little more dual... He
asked if I minded waiting for sign off until next week... He said that
next week we can go do the steep turns, and more emergency
procedures... I am ALWAYS willing to practice the Emergency procedures
with an instructor on board...Frankly I am more than fine with waiting
a week... You did hit the nail right on the head... 140 hours is
where I am sitting... I frankly had lost confidence from lack of
practice over the past 50 weeks and a good workout is what I not only
needed but was looking for...

We only flew for 0.8 ahaahaha ... ah welll... :-)
