oups.com... ... I assume you are new to California. Harris Ranch is a must-visit place for anyone flying up the central valley. My wife and I go down to Mexico several times a year and even at 9:00pm she's asking for a stop at Harris Ranch on the way back. The resturant has its down paved and lit runway. I assume that results in feather soft landings? -- Geoff The Sea Hawk at Wow Way d0t Com remove spaces and make the obvious substitutions to reply by mail When immigration is outlawed, only outlaws will immigrate. |

Thanks for the lead on Harris. I had not heard of it but it does look
like a fine place to stop for lunch. The runway looks like it might be more of a challenge than I'll feel up to. If conditions are excellent, maybe I'll give it a try, but not in a stiff crosswind. Any second choices? |
