Actually, I used "hc" on the file name referring to the source of the
image,
a book in Portuguese called "Heróis dos Céus", about the Brazilian Fighter
Squadron that fought in Italy. The image of the belly tank is actually
just
a "close up" of part of this image:

That's an artistic roundel on the plane in the rear.

Looks like a regular old Brazilian marking to me. I would imagine the
aircraft pictured are part of the Brazilian force that fought in
Italy.
