Deficit spending is very common during war, and perhaps you should consider
the deficit as a percentage of DNP and put some perspective on this.

I can think of no place that has greater personal freedom than the United
States.

The environment in the United States is very good and getting better.

Wow, that was a really compelling arguement you have there Vaughn.

Perhaps, but it has been hell for the people that live in the US.

For example...?

The sudden descent from a budget surplus to a record deficit that is
bound to have predictible results?
Loss of personal liberties?
Billions spent and thousands of lives lost fighting the wrong war?
Environmental disaster?

If the USA is so bad and so screwed up and so anti-human rights, perhaps some
of the enlightened readership might explain why so many people are trying to
get into the USA (legally and otherwise).

Hm.. China, India and Russia are all planing
to fly manned mission to moon in the near future.
US certainly hopes to be in time inorder to eliminate
as many of material evidences of its faked "moon landings"
as possible. An expected move though. So it seems we are gonna
to see new moon racing. this time criminals vs. policemen.
Ironic indeed.

How could there be any evidence of a faked moon landing on the moon?

Proof

that they were faked would be an absence of evidence at the landing sites.

No, that would be proof that the cunning Americans faked the fake landings,
however the faking of fake landings is not proof of actual landings, just
that the fakes were faked to confuse the issue.

Huh!

George

So there you have it!...

Oddly enough, that's not that predictable. And since we were talking
about "been hell" as opposed to "going to be," you're wrong on this one.

Loss of personal liberties?

Maybe in the future, but so far, the government has been very bad at
taking much away from us...

Billions spent and thousands of lives lost fighting the wrong war?

Your opinion, shared by a bunch of folks who have had a very poor track
record in picking "wrong" anythings. Having fun backing those dictators?

Environmental disaster?

Like, er... well, none have happened, and nothing on the horizon, but
don't let that stop you. Again, hasn't happend, so "been hell" still
doesn't apply.

I thought I understood the concept of faking it but I had had only one
cup of coffee at that time. Going back and rereading it I now truly
understand. I think!

George

Well, after much concentrated and fairly deep study it's
abundantly clear to me that I also very clearly and positively
understand it a little.

If this hell, forget heaven, I kind of like this being damned.

Or perhaps this really isn't "hell", just one of the outer rings of "heck".

Now that is damn easy to answer. Just because some 3'rd world country is a
bad (worse) place to live, does not make the US a shining example by
default.
