1 gallon US is 231 cubic inches, 1 cubic foot is 1728 cubic
inches or 7.4805194805194805194805194805195 gallons. I'll leave the metric conversion alone for now. I think the Imperial gallon (England and Canada) may be the 4.5 liters. Or the question, a pound of gold or a pound of feathers, which weighs more? The answer is the feathers.
