How accurate was B-26 bombing?
Go to my website to the section titled, "MISSIONS AND RESULTS". Click on "The
Bridge at Verberie" then" Wurzburg" to see how effective we were. Then peruse the other 10 strike photos to get a good idea of precision bombing at its best. The Bridge at Verberie is an example of putting a bomb in a pickle barrel from 10,000 feet.
