Default NTSB Kobe

S-76's are very stable helicopters even without the autopilot. So this is the aeronautical equivalent scheduling a high event at the Four Seasons Landscaping Parking Lot, across from the adult bookstore.
Screwed the pooch when they had all the resources to be successful. A poem doesn't have to rhyme to be a home run. The pilot also had the ground to land on before it got too bad or a few thousand feet climb to the clear. If you screw up this bad as as a pilot, please do it alone. A Nine year old and thirteen year old were killed before life had even begun.
