Fatal Towplane Accident 5-9-20
I know (sadly first hand) it's way too easy to start launch with the canopy handle in the lock position, but the canopy not locked because it was a bit up when 'locked'.
That added the push on the plexi as belt and suspenders. That's the best launch procedure mod I've seen to deal with this usually distraction related issue. It would be interesting to hear of something better?
