Default AMS selling LS4 package

According to this, there is at least one AMS LS-4-b out there flying in
Germany.

Hi,

Does anyone know whether or not AMS has built any LS-4 sailplanes during
the
time they owned the rights to it? I'm just curious. The liability to

the

buyer may be much less if AMS has not built any.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your post! Ales is obviously still having cashflow problems
and the only solution is to sell off some of his assets. I have to
wonder though if that also includes selling off the liabilities as a
package deal. Buyer beware!

Bob
