Default Interactive training CD and website

A while ago there was a thread on "what book would be best for a
young student?" The response: "the one their instructor recommends"
being most appropriate.
But considering books are becoming obsolete, something like Jim
Burch's CD and online resources might be the way to get young people
involved. A mobile-friendly website would most likely be preferred by
young students.
The links to Jim Burch's material are now defunct. Are the CDs still
available?
Jim
