Default Thunderbird Binaries

A number of sites have removed these binaries due to their size. I have
space and bandwidth to spare, so I'll host them for a while.

Ejection sequence:
4.2mb

Head-on photo of the ejection:
2.7mg

Stupid question, what exacly do this image/movie show? I see it's an
ejection from plane, but what's the story - i.e. some excident while
traning etc?

I'm sorry, this was a crash during a Thunderbird airshow in September.

Anyone know who took the picture, and why it was never copyright?

Thanks for the links.

BTW - are the images in the public domain? I'd like to use them on my
ejection website. Probably reduce the quality a little for bandwidth
concerns.

I'm pretty sure that the U.S. Air Force owns the rights to the video and
photo. I'll make them a deal, if they don't give me a hard time about
hosting these binaries, I won't give them a hard time about destroying
public property and will agree to keep on paying my taxes.

Yowser...says a lot for the seat, considering the sink rate at time of
ejection. Also one of the problems of fly by wire...max pull and the 'puter is
only gonna let ya do so much.

Did he stay on the team??

The French, God bless them, are finally joining the war against Islamic
extremism. Their targets, which will now confront the full force of
l'état, are schoolgirls who wear Muslim head scarves in French public
schools.
