Default SZD-54 Perkoz

There is a rumor that there is a SZD-54 Perkoz for sale some where in
the southeast US. Florida maybe? Does anyone have any info?

I'v been told by seller that the glider is sold. No futher information
available.

SZD-54 Perkoz is the only flying glider of this design in the
world. It was to be a sucession to Puchacz. Bancrupcy of SZD prevented
production of this very good glider. Two of them was made. Protoype 1
and improved prototype 2 ( bigger wheel, lighter tail boom , redesign
wing attachements) Do not know which one was for sale, but guess that
the one before improvements.The other is in Museum of Aviationin in
Cracow, Poland.
