Default Simulators?

Are there any net resources that show the development and use of
Navy Flight Simulators over the years?

Richard

No. Just that I've given your queery some thought and I can't think of
anyplace on the web that might provide what you seek. Of course, you could
do your own Google.

I've "flown" a number of sims, and currently instruct in the 2F137/138
(T-45C). Web resources are the sticking point.

Impatient fellow arn't you?
(ask, if no answer within 2 1/2 hours, turn judgemental
and condescending --)
Yes, "Pity".

Thanks, John.

I used to teach on T2C and TA4J, but haven't found a thing on google.
It's almost like there is no record at all.

Will keep looking

Flight simulators date back to the {pre-?} WWII Link trainer
we've all seen and admired in old WWII movies/documentaries. If
*anyone* has assembled either a history of all of the simulators
developed since the Link (or any possible predecessor now
categorized as a simulator), or an enumeration of all of the
simulators ever fielded, much less an enumeration of the number
of each of all of the simulators ever fielded, I suspect you
won't find it on the web, but in some long forgotten tome.

Have you though of trying a) an old-fashioned library, preferably
a university library if not the Library of Congress, or b)
abebooks, et al?

Don't know about 'Net resources, but you might try the Museum in
Pensacola.
