Greg, you have three choices

Co-Op is the main ramp. The facilities are attached to the west side of
the two/three hangars dating from the late 1940's.

Exec is the eastern most FBO. It was (and may still be owned by the
Ready family). They used to have some warbirds in part of their hangar,
including the B-17 that came out of the ice with Glacier Girl.

Blue Aviation (formerly Schmidt Aviation)is the FBO in the middle.

Exec and Schmidt were built in the 1980's.

I grew up in this area and have always used Co-Op because of it's
location adjacent to the parking lot and main ramp (and it has ALWAYS
been there).

(Little known historical fact: when the Cincinnati area was considering
locations for their new airport to serve the commercial airlines in the
early 1950's, Blue Ash was one of the sies under consideration. My
father was the Air Force Association representative on the site
selection committee.)

What are you looking for?
A nice looking FBO where business clients will be impressed with modern
building?
Low fuel cost?
Quick access (they all have that).

There are two restaurants within a 1/4-mile walking distance.
Watson Brothers and Appleby's.
