Default KX155 nav/com faceplated and lenses

The lenses on my KX155 radios are cracked. I priced out new ones but
they are too expensive. Does anyone know where I could buy used ones,
or even better has anyone out there ever tried to make them. I found a
place that has the plexiglass in the right colour, but I'm not sure
what the thickness of the lenses are. Has anyone ever removed the
lenses ?

Thanx Jurgen
