Post something on topic. I do my best but I can't be the only one posting
everything.

Not true. Most still here are serious posters. Only a few are stinking up
the place.

For what it is worth, I personally will miss you both. I do understand your
reasons for leaving, though.

I don't know what keeps me. I plan to stay, though.

Who knows; I may decide to leave next week.

Kinda hard. What's knew about "piloting", after all? We've heard it
all before. It's like the damn articles in the flying rags. About now
they recycle the winter flying dribble, in June the thunderstorm
stuff, etc.

OK, here's something. A Learjet carrying, among others, a
cabinet-level person in the Mexican govt crashed a few days ago in a
Mexico City suburb on approach to land. Since the VIP had previously
prosecuted narcoterrorists the initial speculation was sabotage. But
now on a Mexico City news program they're saying it was basic bad
piloting. The Lear pilot and copilot followed too close behind a
Boing, got caught in wake turbulence, and didn't recover. Ouch.

I think there hasn't been a single time when a post from Rocky hasn't
been on topic. All of his stuff is aviation related.
He likes to post "teaching" scenarios designed to illicit dialog and
interaction on specific things all related to flying and the flying
environment.. (GOD forbid!!!!!)

He did that this week and someone who obviously believes he knows
everything there is to know about flying attacked both Rocky and his
posting style.
I don't blame Rocky one bit for being disgusted. I do however believe
he should just accept this behavior as common to Usenet and
unfortunately getting even more common on this forum.
