Have you looked on ebay? Terras come through there pretty regularly.
Although, there are some who say a Terra transponder painted yellow
makes an adequate wheel chock.

Presently there are many used mode C transponders for sale in Europe.
You might want ot take a look at e.g.

5U,
Suck it up and get a Trig. When our Terra died we installed a Trig 22
wired to its own 7 amp-hour battery in the ASH-25 ... this combo is
good for an entire 13 hour wave mission.
I will sell you a Terra AT 3000 altitude encoder and Terra mounting
sleeve for $100 ... and you can have the dead Terra TRT 250D (which we
have not tried to get fixed ... so who knows ... it might be a chock
or an easy fix).
