Default Where is Cambridge Aero Instruments

As mentioned on a previous post, the needle fell off my CAI-302. I've tried
calling and emailing CAI and get no response to email and only voice mail at
the factory.

Are they not open on Mondays? Their website says to call before sending
instruments in for repair...

Can anyone suggest another source for repair of this instrument?

Hi Dan,

Jeff Bennett at Cambridge does a great job supporting their products.
However, it is a one man shop most of the time, and he may not work every
day. I have found him to reply to my e-mails within a day or 2. He can be
reached at: .

Best Regards,

Paul Remde
