Default Inyokern questions

Some very nice flights originate from Inyokern, and I'd like to fly
from there one weekend. A couple questions:
1. Does the airport allow "Ramp Tramps"? I usually sleep in my truck
when visiting glider ports.
2. Are tows (conditions permitting) always available on weekends?
3. Is oxygen available?

TIA
Jim

I've traded some email with Dan, and for those who might also be
curious, the answers a
1. Yes
2. Yes
3. Yes
Now all I need is a free weekend!
