Default USA National Open Class Contest

For all you Open Class competitors out there - the National contest
will be held in Ephrata, WA this year from June 28th through July 7th
with practice days on June 26th and 27th. The soaring season has
already started at Ephrata with some pilots contacting wave just last
weekend.

As you all know, organization for an event of this type is critical to
the success and enjoyment of the contest and that organization is VERY
dependant on the planners having a pretty good idea in advance of just
how many folks are planning on competing!

For those planning on joining us this year, please take a few minutes
and complete the registration process on-line at the SSA site. You will
earn my everlasting gratitude. Heck, I might even buy you a beer after
the flying is done.

Jay Todd
Contest Manager
