What is the secret on removing a kx155 radio from the tray. I know
that it takes a long small screwdriver... but I can't seem to get it
to work?

You need a 3/32 allen wrench.

Sorry that's what I meant not hex wrench. Didn't know it's 3/32
though.

Apologies,

I think that you were right anyway. Allen is to Hex as Clorox is to bleach.
The important thing is not to mangle up the head with a phillips screwdriver
before learning that it is an "internal wrenching hex bolt"!
