Default Gns 430w

I have a GNS 430W installed in which I have programmed many waypoints and similar user data. A friend of mine has recently got 430W installed in his aircraft also. Is it possible to transfer all the user waypoints etc from my data card to his? How do I do this?

Thanks

If there's a serial port, download to a computer (laptop handy?) then
upload to his.
