Sounds unlikely for a fully operational EF Typhoon. However, it's
possible those parts of the envelope have not yet been certified.
After all, until you're 100% certain about the zero visibility
equipment you really don't want to be taking off in fog.

Its due to the Production Fighters having to do all the tests again to
gain certification, the development/initial production aircraft have
proved the aircraft can do it, and they have been certified to that
level, when the production fighters get some serious fog and rain they
will test them, and certify them.

IIRC One point is the speed claim - that they could only do 2000kmh
and not 2500kmh this seems a bit odd, the Typhoons were only ever
designed to do 2150kmh!!.

so the auditors do seem to have been misinformed/misguided/ and or
politically motivated.
