Default Stats on Percentage of pilots with instrument ratings

While I can find certificate totals on the FAA website, where would I look
to find the percentage of pilots who have their instrument rating? Thanks
in advance!

A Google search brings the following (from '96, which seems pretty
out-dated):

Total Private Pilots: 250K
Total Instrument-rated Private Pilots: 53.8K

Percentage: 21%.

Obviously the percentage is higher for commercial pilots.

It's all available on Google.
