Default US Win on Day 1 at Club Class WGC

Hi All,
We had a big thunderstorm yesterday afternoon which knocked out the
internet (again!) but it didn't stop most people from getting around
the 1.5 hour assigned area task. In spite of the WX, David Stevenson
won the day! Congratulations to Dave!
Today was predicted to overdevelop in the same way, but as of now, it#s
still hot and sunny at Vinon airfield. The pilots are still out on task
now (14:40 local time) but we expect both classes back soon. I am
having trouble getting into my blog, but I'll keep trying. It's
www.susanmcallister.blogspot.com.

You can see live tracking at the organizers website www.wgc2006.fr

Susan,

What is the "live tracking" and where do I find it on the web page?

Thanks,

Hi Ted,
The WGC2006.FR site has a link on the right side for 'tracking' but
since our routers here have been fried twice in two days, they couldn't
reach the ftp servers to get the data out, or some such thing. It
should work tomorrow (Monday) I hope.

I will post some pics as soon as service becomes more stable... I have
to hurry to get these notes out before things crash again. I will try
smoke signals next!
