I saw your statement: "I own a Champ' but like most Aeronca owners I've
become a bit of a buff on the whole line" on the "Can I fly it at night?"
thread.

Do you know of a source where I could obtain a list of all of the
side-by-side seating Aeronca models/years that were factory equipped with
electric starters and engine driven generators?

Thanks for any help you can provide...

I believe the only Aeronca that would meet that requirement would be
the Aeronca Sedan (I could have the name wrong). Its been a long time
since I owned my Aeronca though. The 7EC has full electric but is
tandem. However, I would consider it bad for to have an Aeronca with an
electrical system. The nice though about the Aeronca was that it was
simple and not expensive to maintain. In the last 5 years I've probably
spent $30,000 in maintenance just on electrical issues (not counting
avionics) on my Mooney.
