Todd says any future estimates will be much higher. Hell, I thought $7800
*was* high! I did get an estmate of $15,000 from Air Mod in Ohio, which I
thought was insane, but my guy in Mobile says his future quotes for an
airplane like mine will be more than $10,000, and he won't do everything
Air Mod does.

How much of your bill was for labor vs. parts, tax, or (my favorite) "shop
supplies"?

Haven't seen the final bill, yet. Since it was a firm quote, I don't know if
it will be itemized. I added a couple of extras after the job started.

For a guy who lives in the same county as the Ed Gein farm, you gotta stop
talking like that. It creeps people out. g

To be fair, pickling Dan's liver; that might just be possible. :-)

"I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti"

Liver? check. Thanks Dan.
Fava beans, Paul, you get those.
Chianti... hmm Margy said she's bringing wine.

So I think we're just about set!

Is that before, after or while Viperdoc conducts the Allison surgery?

I repeat, the toe is fine...absolutely fine. No poking/prodding/surgery
of any kind required. MontBlack is the one that can take advantage of
Viperdoc's talents (and maybe get hooked up with some more vocodin). :-)

Did I mention that the toe is fine? I'll be in sandals to prove it.

Looks sharp Dan. Too bad about the cost overrun...yikes, 90% over?
Ouch. Looking forward to seeing the work in person at OSH. We'll be
arriving with the Honecks Sunday morning.
