Default Engine failure rates poll

Hello. A couple of weeks ago, I posted a quetion about engine failure
rates, and got some very interesting answers. I'm still finding it
hard to get a grip on hard data, so I'd like to ask a favor of RAP
folks. I constructed a poll on the subject at

http://www.createsurvey.com/cgi-bin/...elwQMqOI9RCWEw

It consists of 13 questions, and should only take a minute or two to
complete. I'd like to ask any pilots (regardless of engine failure
history) to please just take a moment and complete it, if they could.
I realize it isn't scientific, but if we could get a reasonable number
of respondents, I'd think the numbers might be illuminating.

I'll post the results back on here if I can get any decent response.

Thanks,

Cap

Question #7 should not be "required"

If you had said #8, I would agree, but why #7? That's text. You could always
say "I don't know".

Thanks for the heads-up. Already fixed.
