Lockheed-Martin F-16 with wingtip smoke generators.

judging by the paint, not a US model.

F-16 of the Royal Netherlands Air Force


By playing with the color and contrast you, can make out
the RNAF Roundel on the right wing..
also the "bullseye" paint scheme on the leading edges and
horizontal stabilizer

Looks like it's just taken off, what with the wheels partly retracted.
