Default parachute repack time

Does anyone have an update on where the Feds are as
far as extending the repack time to 180 days?

I spoke with Allen Silver about this just a few days ago. He said that
it's progressing but moving on a government time scale (my phrase), so
it'll be a little while yet.

He seems hopeful that it'll take place early next year, but I kinda
wonder how likely that is.
