Congress won't get to see a long-awaited report on Air Force Academy
sexual assaults until at least September, U.S. Sen. Wayne Allard's
office said Thursday.

After more than a year, the Department of Defense Inspector General's
office is believed to be winding up its investigation into whether
former academy officials mishandled sexual-assault cases or
contributed to an environment that left female cadets vulnerable to
harassment.
