Default Russian Navy Declassifies Cold War Close Encounters

"the Russian navy has just declassified its records
of Cold War UFO sightings. Turns out “50 percent
of UFO encounters are connected with oceans.
Fifteen [percent] more — with lakes. So UFOs tend
to stick to the water,” one Russian officer explained."

Da russki sekrit plan und maskirowka to get details on classified recon
missions done by US of A:

1) declassify well-chosen soviet UFO records

2) Da mole in the fringe UFO circles start to stir up about veracity of UFOs

3) da useful idiotski in major press are enticed to rumormongering about
unauthorized USAF recon missions & dangerous hair-trigger episodes whose
can have started BM3

4) get in weak minds of loons & kooks the idea of sekrit soviet-alien
alliance and/or even the fantasy of a Great Soviet Space Fleet ready to
Invade Capitalist Earth

5) da super-duper sekrit mole in da kapitol hill receive instructions to
start pressing for an matter-of-fact clarification on the wild rumours
and about the more serious issue of politically & diplomatically
inappropriate recon missions

6) Wait for the new & juicy files from the FOIA offices,
declassification offices of US archives & US congress

7) raise together wodka glasses & receive promotions & medals....

Best regards from Italy,
Dott. Piergiorgio.

The Russians did not reveal anything new. For years, I have been

and have been pursuing Russian-Eurasian paranormal research for years.

I bet the Western World has failed to thank you for your unrelenting
good works too.

Didn't your research prevent world hegemony, or something like that?
