If these are indeed jpg files, I can't read them.

I can see part of file 01, but nothing else.

You're using Outlook Express which is maladapted to dealing with binary
attachments in newsgroups.

Select all segments of a given message, right-click, select "Combine and
Decode." Open the attachment in the resulting window.
