AV8OR Firmware and software updates

.. PIREPs have been added as a new Weather product available in GoFly (XM
subscription required).

.. Activation of the WxWorxs XM Receiver has been implemented. Users can now
activate subscriptions of new WxWorx receivers from within the AV8OR.

.. Victor airways entry and exit points can now be entered into flight plans.

.. Enhanced the ability to switch directly to the map page from the flight
plan page, when the "Fly Flight Plan" is activated.

.. Added the ability to insert User Waypoints into a flight plan.

.. Added the ability to fly an OBS Course to a user selected point while
flying an active flight plan. NOTE: This feature makes it possible to select
an airport and an OBS heading, creating an extended runway centerline for
any airport or user selected point of interest.

.. When flying a flight plan and flying a Direct-To, the user can now more
easily fly a new Direct-To.

.. Resolved GoDrive not saving the default time zone entered by the user.

.. The Bluetooth auto connection has been enabled to allow automatic
connection to previously paired Bluetooth devices. This will be especially
useful for automatic connection to the Bluetooth XM WxWorxs Receiver. As
part of the automatic connection feature, Bluetooth saves the pass code so
users do not need to enter it each time they connect. Please note: Due to
the design of the WxWorx receiver, if the Bluetooth connection to the
receiver is lost, the auto reconnect may take up to 5 minutes.

.. Corrected the occasional loss of NEXRAD Weather Data experienced by some
units.
